Mary is responsible for leading Changeboard’s team of editors and overseeing the portfolio of editorial products across print, digital and online in the UK and the Middle East. She joined Changeboard in 2007, launched the Middle East magazine in 2012, and became group editor in 2013. She continues to lead various research projects in the GCC region and has a particular interest in diversity and inclusion and women in leadership. Mary holds an MA in English Literature from Cambridge University, UK.
