5 years ago, Al Tayer group embarked on an initiative to establish an HR Shared Services (HRSS) center to serve over 9000 employees across 12 countries and 80+ brands, thus overhauling HR Service Delivery and transforming their HR function into a revenue center. Having established and run the HRSS center at the group, Ehsan reflects on his journey and showcases an amazing example of how HR Technology can drive business transformation, shedding light on how to select and deploy technology to support and enable business initiatives.
