BI provides an in-depth picture of the candidate ahead of hiring them, which is the level of guarantee that most recruiters are looking for from the staff assessment tools they select. This seminar promises to raise your awareness of Biographic Interviewing and how it serves to complement and add value to the more popular tools such as psychometrics and competency-based interviewing. You will learn how to identify those candidates who are likely to perform well in the role, respond well to organisational change, be more engaged at work, and able to manage conflict.
