The objective of this session to help you drive HR functions to achieve, and to merit, a seat at the top executive table, rather than to be relegated as a “level 2” operational / admin support. As an HR professional, you will better understand how to manage the paradigm shift from traditional HR to “Strategic HR” in which the HR function can effectively lead the top team on people and corporate culture issues. Alan will help you define measurable corporate strategy as it relates to people and culture, as well as design a measurable strategy of the HR function – to enable it to merit the top table seat and to be a value-add strategic partner to the organisation as a whole.
