The session describes the psychology and neuroscience underlying effective, successful training and learning. It describes the latest research concepts, suggests practical tools, techniques and ideas to enhance organisational learning and development.

It explains the science behind creative training delivery, neuroscience of attention, memory and habits so that learners will be motivated and remember what they learn and be able to apply it back at work.

Participants will be able to distinguish the neuro-myths from the neuroscience and they will find out which elements of brain science offer evidence for current practice as well as discover new ideas for enhancing learning initiatives.
